  6.                                | play a game of chess over a modem. You could
  7.                                | also use it just to play through games on
  8.                                | screen. You cannot play the computer,
  9.                                | however, which makes the shareware fee for
  10.                                | this somewhat exorbitant, considering that
  11.                                | Battle Chess and ChessMaster 2100 sell for
  12.                                | the same or less. The graphics are good, and
  13.                                | the "game replay" is handy.

  16.                                | for Windows that shows its own calculations
  17.                                | as it works. It features various types of

  19.                                | of attack for several moves ahead. One or
  20.                                | two players may participate, or you can
  21.                                | observe the computer in auto-play mode.

  31.                                | strong game. If you like speed chess, set it

  36.                                | graphics and plays a decent game, though not
  37.                                | as strong a game as the DOS-based chess

  39.                                | which it would not let us promote a pawn to
